Об альбоме
I had quite a few pieces that I'd been working on (and I really need to get on with something else), so I tidied everything up and bundled it all together into a decent-sized package - just short of 87 minutes, in fact.
Each piece stands on its own and isn't linked to any of the others, so in that sense these are all perspectives of my personal style. For interest, I left in the original working titles. Sometimes they make sense, and are quite obvious, but not always. If you're interested, just ask.
Some of these pieces have also emerged previously via my YouTube channel, where they're really a vehicle for my attempts at making interesting videos. I don't think I've issued any of them here previously, but if I have, I apologise and I will then freely admit that I need someone to start cataloguing my releases.
The music here ranges from quite solid Berlin School (First and Third Perspectives), through to more ambient (Fourth and definitely Sixth Perspectives), even taking in a small detour to Düsseldorf (Fifth Perspective). The one I've left out (Second Perspective) sits between styles - maybe it's my style.
Feel free to skip anything that doesn't work for you, and hopefully there will still be enough left for you to enjoy. I guess it's all just a matter of perspective.
