"Namaste" is a rhythmic meditation with subtle Aum toning to guide you into a light state of breath-focused theta meditation. This recording does not contain verbal guidance.
"Namaste" captures the tempo and spirit of the conscious movement of Mekosun Yoga's Vinyasa yoga classes. The original 30 minute track "Namaste" was released in 2007. In 2008 the album was re-released as "The Lotus Mind" with Hemi-Sync® by the Monroe Institute.
"Namaste" was remastered in 2012 with a blend of Alpha-Theta brainwave entrainment techniques including Binaural Beats, a Monaural Tone and an alternating stereo field Isochronic Pulsing.
This version of "Evenflow" was remastered in 2012 with a blend of Theta-Delta brainwave entrainment techniques including Binaural Beats, a Monaural Tone and an alternating stereo field Isochronic Pulsing.
